Editing the Welcome Address Section

The Welcome Address Overview block is responsible for laying out the welcome address section on the home page. This block comes after after the City of Opportunities block still on the "Homepage - Front Page" Edit Page.

It contains the Content Text, Quote and Section Link. To change any part of the welcome address section, you edit the corresponding row and update.
